Our family

Hanh was born in the Mekong river delta. Although her parents own a farm in the countryside near Soc Trang, she has spent all her studies in Can Tho, except some few years that she went to France in order to study international trading. There she met Yannick, born in Lille (North of France) but who has fallen in love for Viet Nam during a business trip.

Our families were there to be united, though even if opportunities to meet are rare, they always demonstrate a reciprocal love for Viet Nam and Europe.

Theses visits organized for our families and friends, gave us the way to know what really interests european peoples visiting Viet Nam, beyond the commons tourists tours from usual travel agencies. We know what is life in Europe and we think we are able to offer to our guests the change of scenery of the peace and quiet they need.

A trip in a faraway country like Viet Nam is generally a single opportunity in one's life, and often need to be prepared during several years. The memory you will keep will be made from spectacular landscapes but also from details like the taste of a fresh fruit you discover, the special sounds of the night in the depths of the countryside or the feeling you have when you realize you are far from home, in a landscape that even your imagination was not able to dream.

What we also want to bring to you, is the understanding of another culture, another way of life, beyond the appearances and the front of the houses. It's even to live to the pace of the country, to share for some moments its celebrations, its habits and the work on the land too.

For all these things, and also because we do not aim to create the most important resort in the country, we only want to accommodate small groups that desire to discover the country at a human pace in a family atmosphere.

Our house is located in south Vietnam, in what was called Cochinchina under the former colonial regime of the french Indochina.
