The Bassac is an all wood and noble matters built boat, respecting traditional skills, but as opposite to simple sampans, offers unmatched comfort so your memories from your journey onboard will be perfect.
Cabins are roomy and feature air conditioning, private shower and toilet room. Shared rooms are spacious, varied and cosy. They provide to everyone the possibility to have a break and enjoy the Mekong sceneries. The passengers, always in reasonably sized groups, are free to use the lounge close to the bar, the covered decks and the large corridors. Special care is taken about security on board, so the boat is allowed to cruise safely and quietly even in the rainy season.

Trips followed by the Bassac mix cruises along the river and on land activities in order to visit the typical villages of the south Vietnam, lost temples on the river banks, and traditional handcraft workshops. All along the cruise you will also be able to watch the rice loaded boat or sampans full of fruits traffic, as well as trades activity in the floating markets.
